Master Bedroom
From the comfort of the king sized bed you can look out eastwards through the French windows, over the balcony, and across the fields and the Avon valley towards Diptford and beyond.
  There is a table and seating for four on the balcony, where you can sit and savour the spectacular views in every direction.
  The room itself is carpeted and contains a freestanding wardrobe and dressing table

Second Bedroom
Spacious, and again carpeted and with a double bed, the room has a large window where you can sit and look out over fields and up the drive towards the lane. There is also a built in wardrobe.

Bedroom Three
Unlike the other two bedrooms, bedroom three is on the ground floor. Containing two single beds the room is tiled but with strategically placed rugs and has French windows leading through to a sunroom and then out to the garden. Next to the door to the bedroom is the door to the downstairs WC.

We are happy to provide bed linen and bathroom towels at no extra cost. These will be changed on a weekly basis. Please bring your own beach towels.
